Software Delivery
All our products are delivered electronically. After order completion a download link is immediately available to access the registered version. A follow-up email is also sent within several minutes that include instructions to access the software in the future.
To receive the software on CD Media as-well, click on the check box for “Product Delivery on CD-ROM + 19.90$” in the shopping cart of our web store.
All products include free technical support and software updates for the first year. Support and Updates are available by phone or email or by logging into the Customer Communication Center. Licenses purchased before an upgrade release date are eligible for a free upgrade within 90 days from the original date of purchase. After that time, standard upgrade fees apply.
Licensing Options
The software is licensed on a per CD/DVD or USB Flash drive basis.
Each license allows you to use the program from a separate CD/DVD or USB Flash drive. If you want to use the program on 5 computers concurrently, you would need 5 CDs (or combination of the two not exceeding five), and therefore need a 5 user license.
- Personal License - for non-commercial purposes. The Personal License will be assigned to the individual's name.
- Corporate License - for commercial use. With a Corporate License the company can use the program in a business, academic, or government environment.
- Enterprise License - provides unlimited worldwide licensing for corporation.
